Wholesale FAQ (Updated 2017)

How long does it take to make my order?

- Typically orders take around 2 days to produce, but that time may vary depending on the size and urgency of the order

How much do your frames cost?

- We offer wholesale pricing to our commercial clients. Please send us a request through our contact page and we will send you a price list. Due to the nature of our product, we always prefer to sit down for a 5 minute chat to explain the process in person. Once we narrow in on your needs the process is EXTREMELY simple to order.

What is the difference between your Traditional Framed Print and your Wood Print?

- A picture says a thousand words:

Wood Print

Traditional Framed Print

What should I spell for my art?

- Everyone has their own preference here. Depending on the style of art you choose (wood print or traditional matted) the options are limitless. Traditional prints are highly customizable. Our customers love to create their last names or words like LOVE, FAITH, FAMILY, HOPE, HOME, EAT, WELCOME, MUSIC, BEACH, ETC. However, due to the nature of the wood printing, we are only offering HOME, LIVE LAUGH LOVE, FAITH FAMILY FRIENDS and WELCOME at this time.

How large is the finished art?

- For the traditional framed print, size can vary dramatically, as it is infinitely customizable. The wood prints however, measure as follows: WELCOME 6"x24", LIVE LAUGH LOVE 12"x12", HOME 9"x16", FAITH FAMILY FRIENDS 12"x12".

Do I need to frame my art?

Black and Brown Frame Options

Black and Brown Frame Options

- The traditional matted prints need to be framed. We offer 2 framing options, brown and black. The wood prints can be dressed up with a frame or hung by themselves.

To keep the process simple, we have narrowed it down to two of our most popular black and brown frames. They are versatile and help the art "pop".

3rd Annual Garage Sale

March 22, 2014

from 10-4

IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR! Life in Letters once again will partake in some spring cleaning to the benefit of you (our most loyal and fantastic customer).

Let me get right to the point.

We have a bunch of leftover framing and matting that is desperately searching for a comfy spot on your wall to call home. Below you will find a gallery of all of the moldings we are running on sale.

And here is the kicker... come in close... closer... CLOOOSERRRR... THEY ARE ALL 50% OFF!?!?!

Not 50% off as in, we are going to mark them up 200% and then mark them right back down. We are talking real 50% off. The only catch is that we have different quantities of each frame. One may only have enough to do one 16x20 and another may have enough to do ten of them.

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! We are cutting mats for your existing frame and artwork combo for only $10. Have a old picture frame on your wall that needs a facelift, this is your perfect opportunity. Sometimes all it needs is a new mat.

Mark it on your calendars: MARCH 22nd, 2014 from 10-4

Prototype V 1.0 is complete!

Soooo, in a blog post from back in January we posted screen shots of a new product that we were designing. After finally completing our order for Cargill, we were able to focus our attention elsewhere, and completed this bad boy:

Here's how it works. For now, it is an in store only product, we don't have the tools necessary to order them online yet.

You need to gather 60 photos from the event of your choice... this can be your child, your family, a recent vacation, your favorite food, etc. Let your imagination go wild. For example, if I loved going to Lake Michigan (which I do), I might pick all photos taken up around the lake and spell the word "BEACH". So, 60 photos... check!

Now you need to pick what you would like beneath the word. Using our BEACH example, I might add a quote like "I'd rather stay here and work instead of going to the beach, said no one ever.". Get creative.

Last, you have to pick your border color and a frame. That's it!

Price: $60 which includes choice of 3 different frames in the 10x20" size.

To place your order, come in to the shop, thumb drive (with the photos) in hand. For questions email us at or call 937.919.5390.

Letter Photography, Business

Well hello Omaha!

Special thanks to Dee, Brian, Jay and all the rest of the Cargill family out in Nebraska. Justin and Kerry had a great time on there road trip and couldn't have asked for better host. Brian and his wife Karen treated the guys to dinner at Upstream Brewing Company in downtown Omaha, where Justin ate an official Omaha Steak and Kerry had the best mac and cheese of his life. Who knew delivering 483 pieces of letter art could be so fun!
